reception neglect

the breakfast was a total disaster, I mean dry pancakes? really? not up to scandic standard. plus, the reception staff was too busy chatting to even notice me waiting like I was invisible. I almost left a good review, but how could I when I didn’t even get a room upgrade or any apology for the inconvenience?
